Made from heavy-duty cotton duck and heavyweight insulation, these kid's coveralls provide durability and tremendous warmth. - A: Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your height, weight, and the fact that you wear boys’ size 16 jeans, the Boys Large is more likely to fit you correctly than a Men’s Small. For warmth, the Softstone youth coveralls use heavier insulation, while the Men’s version (I417BD) uses medium-weight insulation. These are great quality but way too big. They are supposed to be worn easily over clothes obviously, but these were sized for a very overweight adult.

I bike commute in Philadelphia, typically 3-10 miles a day. This has been better than any pair of snow pants or other winter wear. It's not too bulky, yet I don't have to wear a lot of layers with it. In our recent cold snap, I've worn a pair of sweatpants and leggings and a hoodie, but I found I was overheated by the time I biked the 2 miles to my kid's school for pick up. Highly recommend!
