Mazuri Parrot Breeder food is a complete bird food for large psittacines specially formulated for breeding birds and for birds raising young. This nutritionally complete parrot food, formulated in round particles, can be used as the primary diet for breeding birds.
- Specially formulated with balanced nutrition - Can be used as the sole diet for breeding birds.
- Nutritionally Complete - Requires no mixing or supplementation.
- Extruded form - Prevents sorting of ingredients and helps reduce the risk of nutrient deficiencies.
- Better than pellets - Less fines and increased digestibility.
- Better than seeds - Less waste (20-50% of seed weight is hulls).
- Reduced diet preparation - Less time chopping fruit and veggies.

Great balanced diet for a parrot. I have tried many pelleted diets over the last 33 years and this one is my African Grey Congo’s favorite. We finished hand feeding her when we got her and have fed her a base diet of pelleted parrot food ever since. These pellets are the perfect size for her.

Used as daily chow during breeding season for the higher protien content. Wished it came in a smaller pellet size so there would not. Be as much food waste.
