PRODUCT WAS EXTREMELY DUSTY WHEN RECEIVED REGARDLESS IF PRODUCT HAS BEEN ON SHELF FOR AN UNDETERMINED AMOUNT OF TIME ATLEAST PRIOR TO CUSTOMER RECEIVING SAID PRODUCT IT PROBABLY SHOULD BE DUSTED OFF OR CLEANED UP TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL THAT THEY ARE RECEIVING A QUALITY PRODUCT. PRESENTATION IS APART OF THE OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPIERIENCE AND SHOWS THAT THE EMPLOYEES HAVE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY ARE SELLING IN TURN ALSO CREATING VALUE TO THERE SAID STORE.
