The BenchFoods 30-Layer Cooling Cart is a heavy-duty 304 commercial food-grade stainless steel prep and cooling station designed for 60-tray commercial dehydrators, plus compatible 16, 30, and 32-tray models. With capacity for up to 60 layers of 16 in. x 16 in. mesh or pan trays on 2 in. spacing, you get 104 sq. ft. of staging area to organize trays before drying or cool finished batches after processing. Built on heavy-duty casters for easy mobility around your operation, and shipped flat-packed for straightforward assembly. Trays sold separately.
