This thing is incredible in every way, well built, tough, holds heat incredibly well and is ideal for camping, backyard cook outs to whipping up a fancy meal inside.

Something I needed but didn't realize it

Normally you think of cast iron cookware as labor intensive. It has to be conditioned before use and constantly require a lot of upkeep. This pan breaks that myth. It is one quart, and works great for sauces on the barbeque, which is where It is getting the most use at our house. I'm sure you will think of a lot of other uses for it at your house. It cleans up quickly and came to use already conditioned for use with a cover. This company makes larger items which I am sure are of the same excellent quality as this one.

Great Camping Pan

Very happy with this pot! The pot is the perfect size I needed, not too big, not too small. I can lift it easily, when full. I have be using it in my home kitchen as well as bringing it on camping trips too. It’s the perfect size to cook beans, soups, gravies, and sauces for about 2-3 people.

I love cast iron cookware. This cast iron pot is great for soups, sauces and gravy. I also love the fact that you can use it on the stove top, in the oven, and even on the grill.
