- A: To light the Pencil Torch: Turn the Gas Control Dial to “ON”. Listen for the sound of flowing gas. Be careful to keep fingers away from the path of the flame. Move a lit match flame to the tip of the Pencil Torch to ignite the Torch.5 years agoHelpful?
Q: What's the best way to tell when they're full of butane fuel. After I think it's full it'll only last a minute or 2.

- A: During the filling process, only when the fluid very close to the target filling volume and fluid overflows a little, you can say it's full filled. Once it is full filled, it can work for about 15 minutes. Sometimes the fluid goes too fast and there may be a lot of air inside pencil tube, then it works for a few minutes, we suggest to fill the butane fuel in to the tube slowly during the filling progress to ensure the tube is full of fluid instead of air.6 years agoHelpful?

One was broken upon arrival.

I purchased this item and upon arrival one was broken and could not be filled because the bottom plastic piece would not stay attached. The second one broke within 2 weeks, it simply stopped turning on.

Dangerous product

as many other people report, they explode. not even when igniting, I bought a two pack, both of them exploded sending the metal tip shooting across the room at high speeds, I don’t know wether they paid for the good reviews or it’s just luck of the draw but I don’t recommend them taking the risk, these are 1000% a lawsuit waiting to happen.
