Found the right belt for my 2016 bad boy mower. The creswell store has amazing help & service. I was able to ship to store so no shipping charge. I definitely will be going back to shop in the future.

Exactly what was needed

Belt was exactly what I needed. The employees at Johnstown Tractor Supply were very helpful in looking up the exact belt needed and ordering it for me. It was delivered to the store in a very short time for my pick-up.

Did not get what was pictured.

It is not what was pictured and was not a blue belt but black. It was supposed to be a blue kevlar type belt from bad boy but instead was a standard black belt shipped from badboymowerparts. If I had known it would be bait and switch I would have ordered the same part I received for about 1/3 the price I paid. Additionally they added a karge shipping charge because it thought the belt length made the package large. The belt is small and light but I had to pay a large shipping fee.
