Love this patriotic boot! Runs large, leather stretches after a few wearings . Ordered size 12 exchanged for size 11. Very comfortable w cushioned insole.

These boots worked with me through the mud, dirt, woods, and snow. I’ve had these boots for years and they broke in quickly and comfortably. The wooden sole was a learning curve at first, and still is with my constant change of boot styles day to day (work vs. everyday chores), but is easy to get adjusted to. If you’ve never had a pair of boots with wooden soles and heels, I would highly suggest it, but make sure you wear them around the house first to get a feel for how to comfortably walk in them!

These boots are my go to boots for running errands, if it's raining outside, if it's muddy outside (these are not slip resistant but I take my chances) or if I'm doing some light work. Plus they're sooo cute I like showing them off. I've been out of boots for almost 2 years now so it's taking some getting used to . Only thing Ive got to say is for the price of these boots $$$ there sure was an awful lot of threads hanging around, had to use my loose threads burning skills.
