AmoxiMast (Amoxicillin) Lactating Cow Formula Syringes are designed to help manage and treat mastitis in lactating cattle, preventing the progression of symptoms. Early detection and treatment are critical, as mastitis can lead to more serious health issues. These syringes provide a stable, non-irritating amoxicillin trihydrate suspension effective against subclinical infectious bovine mastitis caused by penicillin-sensitive *Staphylococcus aureus* and *Streptococcus agalactiae*, helping to restore the health and comfort of your cattle.
Why Use It
The effective, affordable way to cut mastitis losses. AmoxiMast effectively targets Gram-positive bacteria, allowing producers to treat clinical mastitis and with a high overall cure rate of 80% or more. A simple, three-treatment regimen over 1.5 days and a short, 60-hour milk withhold gets milk back in the tank fast.1,2
How Its Sold
Box of 10 mL x 12 disposable syringes
Special Precautions
WARNINGS: Milk taken from animals during treatment and for 60 hours (5 milkings) after the last treatment must not be used for food. Treated animals must not be slaughtered for food purposes within 12 days after the last treatment. Because it is a derivative of 6-amino-penicillanic acid, AmoxiMast has the potential for producing allergic reactions. Such reactions are rare; however, should they occur, the subject should be treated with the usual agents (antihistamines, pressor amines).
