These heavy duty 4 ft step-in fence posts will help keep your property protected when used with an electric fence system. The Fi-Shock White 4 ft Step-In Fence Post has molded clips that hold electric fence wire & poly tape (up to 2 in wide). Each 4 ft post is molded of reinforced polypropylene with a heavy-duty steel stake. Containing extra reinforcing ribs for strength, each post also features a large step-in flange and anti-rotation spike to keep the stake from turning.

Fast and effective fencing!

I purchased 200 white, 48 inch Step-In Poly Fence Posts to use on a temporary pasture. The posts were very easy to put in and held the electric tape securely. The white posts are highly visible and the 48 inch is tall enough to discourage both horses and cows. The only problem is maintaining tension on the corners without bending the post. This is easily remedied by placing regular T-posts on the corners.

Do not waste your money......

Bought these because they looked like they would do what I needed them to do...... But after only a week or so, the tabs started breaking off, and now almost every post has at lease one broken tab (some of the post ALL the tabs are broken off), and this is with no abuse, just sitting in the ground, I would find the tabs broken and laying on the ground next to the posts. What a WASTE of money.......

Good, but temporary. After a few hot days will warp/bend towards tension. After half a year, uv damage sets in and breaks easily. Needs a 6ft version with slender metal thread bar inside to act like spine for support.

This is a 3 foot fence post, listed as 4 feet but it is not 4 feet including the stake that goes into the ground.
