Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! We use them for regular wire and as extra support for electric netting. Easy to use, no need for hammer or post pounder. Withstand a good amount of tension.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic posts will degrade in the sun I have purchased hundreds of these posts. These posts have too much plastic in them. They will degrade in the sun. I never buy these posts now. These posts are cheap but you will be sorry when they get brittle and crack and break. I have also purchased thousands of competitor's posts. Posts made primarily out of fiberglass or posts that contain more rubber will last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from White electric fence post The white electric fence stakes are great for supporting our electric fence to keep our goats contained.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great portable fence but very flimsy I bought this as a portable fence for my horses. It works great but they are very flimsy. You can not put tension on the fence but thankfully the electric keeps my horses in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and easy works great with braided rope. We purchased the step in posts for ease of making a fence for our horses. Our ground is hard and rocky and these posts were perfect. Using the braided rope was easy to attach to the posts using the built in clips. It is perfect to use with the braided rope and solar fencer. It went up fast and easy! Would highly recommend these posts

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ****FeNcE PoStS***** i used these to hold electric fence wiring around the inside perimiter of my hog/pig fencing to prevent them from rooting under the fence. they are made of plastic so only time will tell if they hold up....

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy these if your smart Last about a year if you are lucky. Weed eater breaks them and sun damages them to break if you don' break them pushing them in at the beginning. If you only need electric fence for a few months then maybe alright but long term don't waste your money

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Junk These post break with any pressure on any point. Can not even push them into the ground without step breaking.
Date published: 2019-06-21
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Useful for short-term temporary fencing Worked great for 2-3 years, but became brittle and the tape hooks started to break off with gentle use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from PVC electeic fence post If soil hard, you need to drive a pilot hole. Otherwiae, they will break

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great quality posts I needed more room for my horses to graze these posts are the ticket
Date published: 2019-02-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy and quick to install Very easy to use. Would love if they came a bit taller though. Doesn't do great with all the rock around here, but we made it work.
Date published: 2019-02-09
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and inexpensive I bought these to replace expensive fiberglass posts for my electrobraid fence. These are inexpensive and easy to install (as long as the ground isn't frozen!) and have enough hooks that you can set the spacing just how you want it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would buy again Easy to install, can put up in a fraction of the time as barbed wire
Date published: 2019-02-05
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Electric fencing They are good posts to use in a temporary electric fence. The fence tabs sometime break off under strain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I ordered Bought these white French post for Christmas decorating they worked great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Value - Durable, Versatile, and Simple We love these white push-in fence posts. Our small homestead requires us to constantly be rotating livestock, and these posts make it so simple. We love the price, they last from season to season (especially if they aren't moved during freezing temps), and they can take a bare electric heavy-duty wire. We use them to fence in pigs, horses, chickens, even calves. We also use them to hold fencing around the gardens and raised beds. They are a great value, simple to use, durable, tidy-looking, and versatile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great post! I love these post. They are easy to transport and easy to put in the ground. They hold up well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great idea; horrible quality I bought a case of 50 posts last year. I just installed some this summer while repairing the permanent fence. Nearly all are broken. Fiberglass rod posts are better and cheaper. These step-ins simply cannot stand up to anything. Going now to get some different posts.
Date published: 2018-11-11
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Break easily Within the first 3 days of putting them up, I saw a clip snap off just due to the wind blowing. Returned all of them.
Date published: 2018-10-13
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality, very brittle, break easily From day one, these stakes broke, very brittle. Save your money, don’t buy these
Date published: 2018-10-09
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk, not worth the money I bought them for temporary electric fence, break very easily, electric weed eater will chip them
Date published: 2018-10-07
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not durable. I used these for Polywire setting up paddock. They fall apart and after direct sun they become too flimsy. When I put them in the ground they will shatter.
Date published: 2018-08-01
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I bought a bunch of these to put in Electric fence, very easy to use
Date published: 2018-06-17
Rated 2 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for Bought a bunch of these to keep goats in pen. The plastic is brittle and breaks easy.
Date published: 2018-06-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome easy I bought about 50 of these to do my goat pen. Very heavy duty . Love it
Date published: 2018-06-03
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flimsy junk Bought these yesterday and installed them earlier today as part of a small electric fence. Very easy to install but they couldn’t withstand ANY tension from the wire and they bent like licorice sticks. Unless you want something very temporary and don’t care how the fence looks, I suggest you spend some a little more on something substantial.
Date published: 2018-05-10
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a Good Product for Several Reasons Used these posts for 4’ plastic hardware cloth by Tenax which is a substantial product. Used posts every 4’ but they still flexed. Foot pad on many posts were chipped to imply they break easy. Did not use the tabs since many people say they break off - I used plastic wire ties around the posts instead. These ARE NOT 4’ post to install 4’ netting. I put them up with the netting and then took down to return. Waste of time. Garbage.

So these would work well for putting together a portable horse corral?

Asked by: Tanker44
Yes, the A-48 is ideal for setting up fencing in any outdoor area. Please set up your fence perimeter by installing these fence posts, and then run your fence line between them.

Can I drill through the post to attach address sign?

The center of this post is reinforced with a ribbed, steel I-beam, which is likely unable to be drilled through.
