Good product, poor customer service

Alpha Trak 3 Glucose test strips are a good product. I would rate it a 4 ( a good product, with good accuracy, but a bit pricey) However, trying to get this product from Tractor Supply has not been easy at all. On the company website, it stated, "Delivery in three days". In reality, it took Tractor Supply 3 days just to get the order going. Now I'm being promised delivered this coming Saturday, a full 6 days after I placed the order. Since they are using the the USPS, I am not even confident it will get here on that date. I also had to call customer service to get them to take off the "free' delivery fees for orders over $49.00. I do not plan to order from TS again because I need reliable delivery for a product used to manage my cat's diabetes.

Horrible delivery and customer service

Shipping was first said to be 2 days. Then it was changed to a week. Ended up taking even longer than a week to be delivered and our diabetic dog needed these. Customer service was 0 help and offered no solution. Will order from another company next time.

Ordered a week ago under the pretense that it is 3 to 4 day delivery. When in fact it is a two-week delivery time span. Makes a difference to me and my dog, fairly frustrating to say the least. Will be canceling my subscription as I can order it elsewhere for not very much more but a heck of a lot faster. Thank you
