- A: Howdy neighbor! While you are out spreading standard granular fertilizer, the 12-volt DC motor on your Agri-Fab spreader will typically draw a steady 2 to 5 amps of current. This load can occasionally spike a bit higher if the material is extra dense or heavy, which is exactly why the wiring harness comes protected by a safety-minded 15-amp inline fuse. To keep things running smoothly and prevent that fuse from blowing, just make sure your fertilizer stays completely dry so it doesn't clump up and bind the motor!23 days agoHelpful?

The Agri-Fab front-mount electric spreader will not mount directly onto your John Deere Z370R because its bracket cannot clamp onto the mower's unique battery-shroud frame, and the spreader's 12V motor is incompatible with your mower's high-voltage 58V lithium-ion electrical system.23 days agoHelpful?

Easy spreader

Easy to install, great to operate, never have to turn around to look back. Had to install extra angle support on control handle to strengthen it, but no big feal.
