WoodEpox is a light-weight, non-sagging, moldable wood replacement compound. It is used to make both structural and aesthetic repairs to rotted, damaged, or missing wood. WoodEpox permanently fills voids and will not shrink or delaminate from the substrate. It can easily be machined, sanded, nailed, and painted, and can be colored with powered dyes and pigments if staining is required. Repairs windows, columns, doors, clapboards, millwork, furniture, and more. Ideal for both exterior and interior repairs. Continually specified for use on historic homes and buildings. For best results, use with LiquidWood. WoodEpox has a 20-30 minute pot life and can be mixed and molded by hand.
Contains 1 quart of resin (Part A) and 1 quart of hardener (Part B). Product is easily mixed at a 1/1 ratio. WoodEpox is a 100% solids, solvent-free epoxy. GREENGUARD certified for virtually no VOCs. Non-hazardous product; safe to use in both exterior and interior applications.
Pro Tip: Apply WoodEpox while the LiquidWood is still tacky for a quick and more efficient repair.
- REPAIR ROTTED WOOD: Use WoodEpox to fill and restore any missing sections of wood.
- NON-SLUMPING: WoodEpox is a lightweight epoxy putty that can be built up thick and will not slump.
- NO SHRINKAGE: Will not shrink, delaminate, crack, or crumble.
- 20 MINUTE WORK TIME: WoodEpox has a working time (pot life) of 20-30 minutes and can be mixed and molded by hand (with gloves). Plenty of time to easily sculpt, form, mold, and tint.
