I got this because its what we use at the petwash station but this is completely different. Its the consistency of water. If you try to squirt it into your hand it immediately runs out. Also does not lather well at all. Have to use a LOT and then your dog is still dirty afterwards.

You might as well use plain water! this stuff is so thin you waste more trying to get it on the dog than you get on! It does not lather at all! Used half a bottle on my 30lb dog and he still felt dirty! I attempted to return it due to the very bad quality but was denied! I've been buying the 4 health dog food but now seeing how bad the quality of this product is, I am rethinking the dog food!

Perfect choice for pet parents who want to protect their fur babies skin barrier against allergens. Since the formula doesn’t contain sulfates— a foaming agent… you will NOT have the typical lather/bubbles. The consistency is not thick, but the pups won’t care, it’s just an adjustment for us humans. If you care that the moisture in the skin and the necessary oils in their coats will not  be stripped by sulfates, then the lack of a thicker lather is a fair trade off and  well worth it!

My dogs coat was somewhat a little shinier. She still has an odor. I think it needs to be more soapier.
