Online Order & Curbside Order Tools - HORRIBLE

TSC has the worse Online Ordering and Curbside Pickup automated system I have ever used. 1 - So often a product shows 'In Stock' but after you travel all the way to TSC you are told your order couldn't be fulfilled because they were out of stock. This happens about 90% of the time. Sadly I have often entered the store and found the product on the shelf! 2 - Canceling an online out of stock takes an act of Congress because the CSRs aren't trained on how the online tool works. 3 - Anytime I have used the curbside pickup option I wait for my 'Order Ready' email, travel to TSC, notify the CSRs I have arrived and supply my parking spot. Then I sit there for 15-20 minutes. Finally I have to go into the store to tell them I have a curbside pickup order. About 50% of the time the CSR has to gather the few products that are actually available. Usually I waste 30 minutes to an hour trying to get an online order fulfilled versus the 15 minutes it takes for me to manually gather, pay and exit.

Just got a new 3-month-old puppy from the local SPCA and didn't know what to feed him. Store staff was very helpful in recommending food and other essentials. A 5 star rating!
