First, the reason I gave a 4 star rating rather than a 5 star is I believe there is no such thing as perfect rating in retail. There is ALWAYS room for improvement. I can say this with conviction as I was in retail middle management for many years. Tractor Supply seems to have a good nitch in the market they serve. Most of the products sold seem to be most reliable and of good quality. On ocassion, I have had the unexpected circumstance of purchasing an item that did not hold up well. However, due to Tractor Supply's policy and the policy of the manufacturer I had no problem getting restitution and satisfaction. At the store on Hartwell, Georgia, the staff always seem Most friendly and eager to help. On occasion when store assistance was required, staff service was normally prompt even when staff was very busy. Normally I know exactly what I want to purchase but I am proned to spontaneous purchases. The clothing department normally has quality wear. I highly recommend this store for the merchandise solded. Kudos to the employee staff.
