Went off on it's own, and BURNED our puppy's neck

Do not purchase this collar! This is the first and only shock/training collar we have ever purchased. We used it sparingly for the past month, and it worked great. Our 4 month old puppy had it on in the yard over the weekend, when I heard her start yelping and screaming. I ran to her, and she was flipping out trying to get the collar off of her. When I grabbed the collar to get it off, it shocked me. (At this time, the remote was off, she did not get it wet, and was simply laying in the grass.) It seems to have went off on it's own, and shocked her for about a minute before I was able to get it off of her. The entire underside of her neck is burned and blistered, with HOLES in her neck where the prongs were. Now we have a vet and medication bill, along with a very expensive 4 month old puppy who is beyond traumatized.
