When I cut plastic wrapping off of tank it was missing the drain plug so it won’t hold water had to order a drain plug from Behlan so the tank will work as the plug isn’t even listed as available at tractor supply. The float was already assembled even though instructions stated it couldn’t be shipped assembled so I am guessing this was a tank that was returned. was put together by person that bought it first than person that bought it changed their mind and returned it guessing that is how drain plug got lost. The the tank was sold to me as new again. I bought a four hole tank at same time and it had plug and flloat was not assembled which made installation of it much easier and could actually use the tank like it says you should be able to right from start. Also FYI these tanks do not come with concrete anchors so you will have to purchase those separately.

It does an amazing job

All great except that it should come with a “training “ bolt to allow livestock to learn how to use the waterer without having to push the ball down.

Cows had difficulty learning to operate.
