Good tire but be mindful of the hub length

I purchased the tire for my Blue Hawk 10-cu ft Steel Dump Cart. the last tire I got at Tractor Supply fit perfectly, but the one I just got was a problem. The hub was much longer than the previous tire, therefore I couldn't lock the cotter pin. I made some modifications and was finally able to get it to work,. I should have looked more carefully at the pictures and comments,
