It is a great product, but the only thing is I didn’t know how many times I should shampoo it because it was so dirty and it was a white carpet

Don't bother to buy the expensive rug doctor soap.. zep is so much better for stains or just general cleaning.. doesn't smell of chemicals and doesn't foam.. 100% happy with this product.
