Q: What size insulated wire will fit through the hole where the screw grounds the wire? I bought a role of insulated wire from Tractor Supply but can not get it to thread through the hole on the clamp because the insulated wire is too wide in diameter.

- A: The metals do not have to match between the ground rods and clamps. However, we recommend using the same type of wire for the grounding that you are using on the fence line.
