Stick rake / Pine straw

Nice. Works good. Main use was sticks in yard. Added weight on top of rake seemed better for larger stick collection. Pull slow and gets the JOB done!

Tow-Behind Pine Straw Rake

I would buy it again and believe it's a good value. I wish it came with a ball hitch or an optional adapter It took longer to assemble than I thought it would and the instructions are difficult to read due to a super small font. I looked for a PDF version of the install instructions, (which would be scalable) but could not find. Tractor supply should require from their manufacturers to provide a link to instructions.

I really wanted to like this tow-behind rake as I was torn between it and the 3 point hitch version. For me, the tow-behind was the wrong choice.
In my yard, towing the rake behind a small ATV in low range and first gear, it was ineffective at gathering red pine needles. Not until I strapped on a treated lumber fence post and a treated 6x6 timber to the top of the array of tines did it begin to gather and hold pine needles.
Yeah, I did eventually get the job done more effectively than raking by hand but not by much. If you have the option of choosing the 3-point over the tow-behind, go with the 3-point.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not very happy with this product, first off there was a part missing in the box, took forever to receive the part and then I finally get it together and one of the tires. The tube has a hole in it won’t hold air..

Certainly not user friendly. It will give you a workout bending backwards to lift the rake each time. The rake is not heavy enough to do a good job, and after about 5 ft hops over most of the pine straw. Took a long time to assemble. I don't use it now, bought a bigger one 3 pt hitch type for my tractor.
I do not recommend.
