All boots within the Legacy collection are 100% waterproof. Each boot is made with our signature triple dipping technique, which creates a seamless barrier that is highly resistant to many organic and inorganic acids, chemicals and contaminants. Our latex neoprene is ozone resistant, and is softer, lighter, and far more pliable than ordinary rubber. Cushioned insoles with arch support help fight fatigue and stress on the legs and back. All XTRATUF Legacy boots come with a non-marking, slip-resistant Chevron outsole that provides unparalleled traction on any surface in the most extreme conditions. Insulated styles come with built-in Polymeric Foam insulation. The insulation package will keep your feet warm even when it is -10°F. Keep them rolled up or roll them down to show the Fireweed print in the interior lining.

A: The shine/ wetness is a natural effect of the specific material we use on the upper that occurs during the last stages/ packing of our production process that will eventually go away on all boots. So, no way to bring it back.

A: These boots are easy on/ off pull on boots, the boots do not have a closure system that help tighten around the ankle.

A: Hello, We also have Legacy boots that can be rolled down (like the one you are viewing) that way they can still be worn if they are too tight around the calf area. We would recommend shopping our ankle boot collection that sits below the calf if you think that it may be an issue.

Left Boot

The boots are really cute, but something is off with the sole of the left boot. When I briefly walked in them, my left foot started to hurt. The were a nice size and the overall boot size fit well. I’m bummed because this is my first pair and I was excited to try them.

Gave me a fracture sadly

I bought a pair about a year ago to replace a different pair I had since before covid. After wearing them 3 times, I couldn't get over how painful my left foot felt when I wore them and the next couple days after. There was an odd bump in the material that pressed on the side of my foot. After the 3rd time I wore them, I went to the doctor. Come to find out the misshaped left boot had given me a fracture from repeatedly hitting my foot while I walked. I didn't reach out to the company because I figured this was a fluke and I feel like it would have just been a huge waste of resources. I have decided to review now because I told a friend about how great these boots are and the one she bought has the exact same lump on the same side. So it might be too late for me, but if I could save someone else I'd be satisfied!
