Wish they fit, they're too wide

I bought these in November and am just now needing some snow boots for the farm. I'm a women's size 9.5, so I got a size 10. They're too big in general. Even if they came in half sizes, I think they would still be too wide. I can deal with extra toe room, but not when my foot still has too much space on the sides.
