I was sent the wrong item, and I had to pay for it

Do not use online ordering if there is a chance you can received the wrong item. I ordered a shirt, size XLT. I received a size XL. Started a return online, received a barcode to be scanned in the store. I went to the walker, la store, and spoke with Cynthia. She stated that Tractor Supply does not issue full refunds on online items. This is absolutely pathetic. A large retail chain sticking fees to customers for the company mistakes. Ive been a longtime customer, and Im very disappointed in the store and the company. Im doing my best to let everyone know the dirty policies that the company supports.
