I purchased the Joker tube over the winter and was finally able to use it this summer. As an owner of other WOW tubes, such as the Duck, I had high expectations. However, I have now taken the Joker out three times and three times now I have had a significant injury with the kids riding it each time. The design is flawed and is a significant safety issue. As riders go along, their legs get caught inside the structure, stradling the upward support, or get caught laterally with their bodies. Both of these events cause all the riders to get "stuck" inside and hitting other riders. This occurred all three times - heads, knees, shoulders, legs and arms hit each other. It is dangerous and could cause a serious injury. In my opinion, you should discontinue this product and recall it. I personally have taken it off my boat and will not let anyone ride it. I would return it if I could. My kids also have no desire to ride it as they have seen and felt the injuries first hand. To date on 3 uses I have had 2 head injuries, hyper extension on an elbow, and a few abrasions on a throat, arms and legs.

After we figured out that the manufacturer put the inside tube in upside down and we flipped it around - the tube rides great and is a lot of fun
