You simply remove the standard nozzle cap and tip from the nozzle body you want to close off and twist this shut-off cap in its place to block the flow completely. WorkHorse sprayer boom

This product works great with my side by side to spray small pastures with uneven terrain. I use it for spraying liquid nitrogen, 2-4-D, and Crossbow with a 26 gallon tank sprayer.

Not exactly what I expected.

WorkHorse seems to have made some revisions to the design, which I assume were meant for the better. They switched to a standard nozzle body clamp, which is fine. I like standardized parts. However, the standard nozzle body clamp lowers the nozzle body from the top of the boom tube to the center. This creates a clearance issue for the nozzles closest to the boom hinge. (See attached Pic) I called support about it, and while the representative was polite and helpful, I wasn't overly thrilled with the final resolution. The suggestion was to move those two nozzles in away from the hinges a couple of inches. This would resolve the issue, but we are now fudging the 20" nozzle spacing. It isn't a huge deal, but enough to bother me. A few other changes. The lower receiver bracket now calls for 2 bolts versus using a pin that can be adjusted without tools. This is probably for stability, and I can live with that. The hose and nozzle bodies are all pre-assembled, but the hose clamps are not the standard screw type. They are probably good quality, but again, loses the serviceability. The hose coming from the pump also goes directly into the center nozzle body instead of T'd inline. I had intentions of putting shut off valves inline, which just slightly changes what nozzles I would be able to turn off with the added valves. Attached is an updated photo of the product that shows all off these changes. I will keep the boom, but will probably replumb it to my liking.

I put this together per printed instructions and also a video. When the boom is folded it pinches the sprayer hose. I sent pictures to Workhorse and they said to just move the nozzle that did not fix the problem. If you move the nozzle you loose your 20" between nozzles as the center nozzle is fixed.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Easy installation and quality product!
Picked up my on-line ordered boom sprayer from the store and assembled over the weekend. When going through the instructions and parts lists I found I was short 1 or the 2 required springs. It was apparent that I could still assemble, use and install the spring later. Assembly was pretty straight forward and well sequenced in the instructions. Alignment of holes for bolts were accurate making assembly smooth. Attention to the drawings is important to insure proper placement of brackets and connector plates.
The assembly was made easier with a second set of hands only because of the length of the assembly not the weight.
Not trying to rush but insure we assembled correctly the first time we spent about 2 hrs total with assembly and testing. Easy peasy!
Called Customer Service Monday AM they shipped the missing spring and said they would ship immediately and would receive by the end of the week.
Happy with the product and performance thus far! It is perfect for spraying my roads for weed and vegetation.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Disappointed

I ordered this sprayer. As we were assembling it, the nozzles were missing. I called to get the manufacture number in the instructions and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the nozzles to arrive. So frustrating.

Opened Box - Missing Boom and Hitch

I just received my package yesterday and went to assemble it today and I can tell the package has been opened and retaped. I take out all the parts and missing the boom and hitch parts. I on hold with TS customer service, hopefully they will ship out a "NEW" and complete part. I needed it this weekend to spray, but I guess that's not going to happen, thanks a lot!!!
