While my 8 month old Golden loved using the Pupsicle after 3 uses we can’t open it anymore. We used coconut oil to make it easier to screw closed and open because it was next to impossible after the first use. That seemed to help but after the third use it is permanently stuck, we’ve tried freezing it, soaking it in warm soapy water, pressing down and turning on the counter/floor - it won’t budge We gave everyone in the family a turn to try to unscrew it with no luck at all. Hopefully this issue gets fixed in the future.

I have 3 golden retrievers and one German shepherd. They all love the Pupsicles. The calming mix is the best. They crash a little after being done with the treat.

I absolutely love this product. I have bought 14 because they are the absolute best at distracting my busy dogs!

I have bought 3 different woof pupsicles, each after the other when they became solidified. NOTHING could help open the pupsicle. I am waving the surrender flag now. These are absolutely impossible to open after several uses. I have followed every instruction, every advice to no avail. It is too bad because when it is brand new it works great but that doesn't last. What is the point if you can't even open to add the treats? Would not recomend unless you want to buy a new one every month. I can only guess that the glowing reviews are within a couple of weeks of buying.
