bite and brush refills

I really liked the bite and brush so I ordered the refils. However, I received the pupsicle refill pops instead. I don't have the pupscicle so they won't do me any good. If the company wants to send me 2 pupsicles to try the pops I'm all for it. Otherwise I need to figure out how to exchange these for the bite & brush refills. 5 stars for the product, gave it 3 for the mix up.

My 6 month cockapoo has been busy with this item for at least 30 minutes several times a day. It takes her a few days to get through the dental refill. So glad we found this.
