Very easy to use. This is my first trail cam with a cell plan. I love it. I live in an are with very poor cellular coverage and it still connects. Picture are clean and the camera is priced right

Couldn't get camera to read the sim card tryed for 4 days to get ahold of customer support on hold for hours left call back number no call back returned to store.
