Easy Install. Make sure you wrap the plumbers tape 15 times around the pressure release valve. It's super important.

Great for outdoor kitchen

Added an outdoor kitchen to my home and wanted hot water at the sink. Item works as described. The 120v connection makes things easy for the homeowner.
