So far so good!! Only made smash burgers so far and 1st try wasn’t too bad! A little confusing as one place it says no need to season it but in instructions, it says for best results, here’s how you season it.

Been wanting this since I bought my grill. Still getting used to it but really helps to keep the house and kitchen fresh by cooking outside. Very heavy duty griddle And works well with the Weber grill

The griddle has an easy set of break-in instructions (be sure to do the break-in to ensure long-life and proper cooking surface). Once complete the griddle is a large, smooth, cast-iron cooking surface perfect for smash-burgers, pancakes, over-easy eggs, sausage, fish, fried rice, and so much more. It really opens up the potential of the Searwood grill. Plus, it cleans up quickly and easily. The size of the griddle allows you to keep one medium sized grill on the XL 600, so you can still add a few steaks, potatoes, or other "standard" smoker/grill items to your cook. The griddle is a great addition to the Searwood.

Its a whole other level of cooking. The griddle fit perfectly and works great! Lots to learn but i love it!
