The pony halter---but more, your lack of service

There probably is nothing wrong with the halter, but your service STINKS!!! I emailed you over a week ago that it did not fit and I needed to return it. I still am waiting to hear back how to return it. I am not physically capable of getting to your store right now.

Runs very small! Average did not fit our smallest mini. But, the quality is very good. Measure before ordering so you don't have to deal with a return.
