Tractor supply cant get their stuff together

I ordered this for same day pickup because it showed available in store, then after I arrived to pick it up they said it was unavailable and that I could substitute it or have it delivered for a week later. I said no substitutions and chose to come back a week later. I drove 2.5 hours to get here a week later and they substituted the saddle pad from blue white and brown (which matches all my tack and gear) to PINK AND PURPLE. Like what the heck. I said NO substitutes and drove 2.5 HOURS one way to come get this.DO BETTER

I ordered the this pad 3 times and each time the same wrong pad was shipped. TS support opened a case and got back to me telling me it was the same item just a different color and that it was next to the one I ordered in the warehouse. They said I could try ordering it again but might receive the same item. After 3 attempts I gave up and bought a different product elsewhere.

The pad it's self is great. The cardboard packaging is a different story. When I took it off there was cobwebbed crust larvae worms all along it. I disinfected the pad so all is good but this is a problem. If I had not of noticed my horse could have been infected.
