Teresa the Mgr. Was helpful after I told her I could get receipt. Initially she wanted to give me a gift card. I don't understand why when the purchase was made less than two weeks prior and info still available in the computer and I had my cc with me with which I made original purchase. Matt a store associate was rude with initial purchase and hung up.on me when I called in to speak with the Mgr claimed to not be able to hear me. I would encourage Tractor Supply consider giving Matt some PR Training.
