I've been using this since the door was new. I would suggest testing the power of the spray first so you don't use more than is necessary. And although it doesn't list ingredients, it does contain some silicone oil - as recommended by manufacturers. Going to try it on my mother's sliding balcony door track next.

My garage had never received any maintenance in the 17 years since it was installed which resulting in quite a cacophony of noises every time it was used. I didn’t think much of it but my new bride and her daughters were not as blasé about it as I was which led to some “discussions” about me curing that problem. A couple weeks later I had to replace the door opener after it took its last breath so I figured I would work on the door also. After one treatment of 3-in-1 I was amazed to how quiet a garage door can be! They are happy now and so am I.

left black drips on floor, car & garage door

1. Sprayed screw area on garage door opener.
2. Spray overnight dripped onto car roof and car windows, a real mess.
3. Closed newly painted garage door to find vertical spots, now requires repaint.
