I give it a 4 on the product. We really do like the Twist-N-Go style with the canvas material, but after a couple of years the zipper is ripping is the only reason for a 4 instead of a 5. Warning the website is incorrect. On the website, the heading states Large with the Large Overall Dimensions 23 in. H x 20 in. W x 31 in. L. , but in the description it is stated Size: Medium (25 lbs. or less), and the Medium is what we received.
