- A: The light itself would still function and work with snow accumulated on the Solar Panel, but keep in mind that it would not be able to charge if the Solar Panels are completely covered. Once the Batteries have been spent, if the snow that has accumulated isn't removed, the Solar Panels would be blocked and would not be able to charge the Light's Battery. Please remove the snow and clear the Solar Panels so that the Solar Panels can receive sunlight to recharge your light's battery.4 years agoHelpful?
