The Viking Rack Jack ll Hitch Mounted Game Hoist is a hitch mounted hoist that swivels a full 360 degrees to allow you to load game animals up to 300 lbs with a simple 3 piece attachment and installation! The game hoist is easy to set up. The only assembly you need is the attachment of the winch, one bolt/nut, and pulleys. The aforementioned pulleys are machined for a long life and no-bind cranking. The hitch mounted hoist allows for quick installation in the field with a total weight of 42 lbs. It's a must for any big game hunter.

Missing hardware

Missing several pieces of really important hardware. Pins and cotter pins to secure pulleys, washer for coupling bracket bolt and upper bolt

Instructions were hit or miss but not hard to figure out Was missing the hardware to install the pulleys, but was able to find some pins that fit at tractor supply. Also the part that goes into the receiver is too long for my side b by side so had to modify it. It was about 1/2 inch too long it does fit on my truck though. It is stout but seems flimsy when mounted. I did stand on it and hang from it and all was good. I still need to put the winch and swivel under a real load. All in all it seems like it s be should work fine

Needed to buy the correct parts.

This hoist is pretty well made for the price. Only problem is there were substitute parts that would not have worked correctly. The clevis pins that were supposed to be the axles for the pulleys were not included. Instead fully threaded 5/16" bolts were substituted. If used they would have ruined the aluminum pulleys. I requested either the correct parts or a replacement unit. A replacement was sent with the same wrong parts. Bought my own replacement parts for approximately $10. The manufacturer also had no replacements. They were of no help. Their remedy was to return it to them at my cost.
