Christmas Tree Unhappy Customer

Some of the lights did not burn and looking closer to see why, we discovered what looked like someone had tried to solder some wires back together. I thought we were getting a brand new tree but someone must have had it and also returned it. I will say the people at Tractor Supply in Waynesboro Ga. Where we returned the tree were very polite and most helpful.
