Boxed well. Arrived with no broken parts. Missing part 23-1 for the roof center beam. I was able to fabricate the piece from some scrap metal. All metal parts thin. I was expecting Extruded Aluminum, but it was not. Satisfied with all other aspects, instructions, and ease of assembly, 8 hours with two people. Constructed a solid base foundation with one inch sand layer, paver pads, and paver stones. Greenhouse sits level and the door opens and closes evenly. Completed caulking sides of panels. Left top and bottom of panels clear for gutter drainage and air circulation. Completed four corner tie downs. Also, poured four exterior corner concrete pads (10'' depth) with 90 degree flange anchors. Re-enforced the sides and the roof with 1/16 in x 5 ft aluminum laths. Virginia Tidewater area gets some strong gust and thunderstorms. So far, so good.

I had the order shipped to the store. It was a 2 package order. After picking up the 1st box, I never received a tracking # for the 2nd box. Had to call customer service for the tracking # for the 2nd box. was not happy with the lack of communication on your part.

Great bang for your buck

Overall it’s a great deal fold the price tag! A few small things- it was kinda difficult to get all the panels in- a few were not quite square from top to bottom so they wouldn’t line up I quite right, but I’ll just silicone the gaps. Also one door does sag a little bit on the hinge so it’s a little difficult to close. Other than that, it’s a great size, metal frame, and is already staying quite a bit warmer than the weather outside which I needed!
Yes, I recommend this product.

we bought the 6'x8' package are very satisfied, we've had some very unusually strong winds and several of the panels have been damaged. are there replacement panels available

Vent issues

I am not happy with the window vent. In order for the window to stay closed I have to zip tie the hinge. I'm concerned the wind is going to blow the vent backwards

Very pleased with this product. I don't understand why people pay 5 times this price for essentially the same thing. The biggest and unique plus about this product is that very few nuts are required. Be sure to check this when looking at other greenhouses that look identical. Most bolts screw into a sleeve attached to the metal so you don't have to get your fingers in many tight places to hold and tighten the bolts. No missing parts with some extra. Using a power drill to tighten the bolts will probably strip them and make it almost impossible to disassemble for any reason. The fittings are snug. Caulk all the seams for winter use. The vent handle was difficult to attach and I was always bumping my head so I left it off. I can prop the vent open with something else. Would definitely buy this again.
