The Van Zyverden Candy Mixed Daylilies are considered a "sure bet" perennial, as they thrive throughout most of the country, with the exception of the deep south. The daylily bulbs tolerate less than ideal conditions and will bloom faithfully for years with virtually no attention. As the name implies, daylily plants open in the morning and die by nightfall.
