Seems ok!

Using it to prime this once the old paint is gone. Already used some of it in one area and it seems to work great. It applies as expected and doesn’t run. The paint sticks to it well.

Smooth paint

This is a great primer to use. Goes on smooth and covers nicely with one coat. Drying time is quick. I would absolutely recommend this paint primer.

Valspar

I was very impressed with Valspar brand prep step multipurpose latex primer. It is good for indoors and outdoor usage. The smell was not overpowering during the process or drying time. It is very smart to properly prime prior to application of paint to avoid problems down the road. I used this in my basement recently so I cannot comment on the durability or longevity at this point but overall I am pleased.

Flawless

Paint worked as expected, the drying time wasn’t to bad it took maybe about 30 minutes to one hour. There was no loud odor or smell which I love having small children. As you can see my walls look smooth .
