Rust-Oleum Automotive Sandable Spray Primer gives vehicles a tough, rust-preventative coat of protection that can be sanded down for an ultra-smooth, uniform final finish. Primer provides an ideal base coat for most automotive enamels and lacquers. Includes Stops Rust formulation to provide unparalleled corrosion- and rust-resistant protection. Can features a wider spray tip for comfort during extended spraying and can be used at any angle, including upside down. Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area such as an open garage.

Excellent product

This sandable primer is one of my favorite in a rattle can. The coverage is terrific and makes it’s easier to fill in the tiny imperfections for smaller automotive jobs. This stuff also drys fast so I can get to sanding and get the car painted a lot quicker.

It works super well! Sanded the top of my dads truck and sprayed this on afterwards to keep from rerusting before we can find a paint person and its still going strong. Would definitely recommend! Dries pretty quickly too

We used this for a project for my husband. This is a very good brand with a nice finish. Drys super fast with a good coverage. We will see how durable it holds up!

The rust-oleum sand ale primer is great. The primer sprays nice and even with great coverage. It dries in a decent amount of time and is really a great coat of primer.
