Landscape Edging

I was trying to find a more rigid edging to use between stone and grass. I've used less expensive and thinner edging in the past and, well, you get what you pay for. So, I upgraded to this thicker product. But, pretty much the same result. Despite buying the 3" style that goes into the ground in between the stone and the grass/ground, it is difficult (impossible) to bend straight and have it maintain being straight even after laying it out straight in the hot sun for hours. you get nothing but a ripple effect for the 134" I used. Disappointing.
