Keep one at home and one in the truck!

These are so handy to have around. I’ve got the 60” and the 36”. They’ve helped me pull the dog off a groundhog and to discourage a raccoon from messing with the chickens. Also, they’re great for getting stuff from the bed of the truck without having to climb onto the tailgate. We live in a pretty rural location and when I go to see what’s spooked the dog, the big one comes with me. It’s a very solid crook and I’ve recommended it many times.

I have purchased two of these and have loved them both. We use them on our farm for a mixed flock of sheep. I wish i hadnt waited as long as i did to purchase one. It's definitely a game changer when catching and herding our flock.

I certainly will carry this and use it for self-defense once I cut it down for size. The hook part is wide enough to grab someone around the neck and take them down. The staff is certainly made of hardwood and very stiff. I have looked elsewhere for one to use as self-defense. I plan on buying 2 more and using one on hikes.

Great cane, very well made, made of hardwood oak, or hickory. Got two of these, one for hiking and the other I cut down to carry as a self-defense cane since the hook part is wide enough to wrap around someone's neck. The price was just right. I'm sure it will take on any animal also...
