- A: It will work with Flooded or AGM 12 volt batteries. It will shrink the parasitic drain as it is a sub 1 watt charger, many ICE vehicles can have a half a watt to a 1.5 watt parasitic drain sitting in the off position. This was made to help charge/maintain 8 Ah 12 volt batteries and smaller.a year agoHelpful?
