The Umarex Dx17 Spring Powered BB Air Pistol is the perfect air gun for recreational plinking. This spring-piston gun fires .177 BBs and has a convenient built-in ammo reservoir that holds 15 BBs. The air pistol also has an integrated picatinny rail, a fiber-optic front sight, and an ergonomically comfortable grip. The serrated slide makes it easy to grasp and charge and the flip-up loading port makes it simple to load with BBs. This BB gun includes 200 steel BBs in the kit. 200 fps maybe if you throw the gun. Accuracy is all over the place. And dont shoot half the time. At times will load about every 1 and 10. Hate to even put it in the trash would feel sorry the trash man would have to pick it up.

A comparison of the DX-17 to the Marksman 1010

There is nothing wrong with the gun for what you pay for. It's a low powered pistol perfect for inside or garage shooting. I waiting for darts to come next week. Yes you can shoot darts just like the Marksman springer pistols. In fact the two pistols are made kinda the same. I have both and was wondering why people were giving it negative reviews. So I bought the DX-17 to see why and didn't find anything negative about it.

Junk, do not buy

What a total piece of junk. The safety does not work or move at all. I finally got it loaded and cocked. Aimed at a 12 inch square target from 8 feet away and shot over the top of it???? I wanted to purchase a BB pistol that did not require the leaky co2 tubes, but this isn't the answer.
