Not worth the cheap price
If I could give a ZERO, I would.
I bought 2 of these Feb 22, planted on the 24th.
They grew very well, great growth with multiple bloom buds.
1 bloomed, then overnight the leaves started marbling.
See pictures.
This is a sure sign of Rose Mosaic Virus Complex.
This virus complex has no treatment, no cure.
The only thing you can do is dig them up & burn them!!!
Also you must dig out the contaminated soil, clear out the mulch also.
I have 21 rose bushes that I must protect, because this is a virus.
It is transmittable.
It's April 17th, I just spent my day digging them up & burning them

Disappointing Mislabeled Rose
I bought a hybrid tea rose (SKU 2312440) labeled as ‘Oklahoma’ from Tractor Supply, dormant, expecting deep red blooms, but it’s vibrant orange instead. Now about 2 feet tall with 6 blooms/buds, it has glossy leaves and good black spot resistance in my Zone 6 garden. The mislabeling has made identifying the true variety tough, even with expert help. The wind hides the scent, but it hints at fruity. Buying it dormant might’ve masked the issue, and the SKU offers no clarity. The plant’s growing well, saving it from a lower rating, but better labeling or support for mislabels would help. Hope they improve!

Good product

I planted these on May 20. It is June 13 and they are doing great. Great folage and already have new buds coming on. I am not 100% sure what color because when I bought them in person, the package was waterlogged and info was gone.. but I could make out Pascali Rose.

Beautifully wrong!
Even though they are pretty, the roses seem to be mislabeled. Nothing is the color it is supposed to be so far. For example, my Redgold (a darker yellow with red tips) rose turned out to be some kind of a soft pink with a light yellowish tint.
